It's made for mountain bikers who ride fast and take chances. The alloy pedal body has a fixed clip-in mechanism for simplicity and durability. The pedal body protects the binding mechanism against impacts, aided by its slimness which improves clearance. The chrome-molly spindle is strong and the sealed bearing cartridge axle is easily maintained.
Made for a wide platform with four height adjustable pins for improved grip when not clipped in. The wide contact area between shoe and foot provides confidence-inspiring support when landing a jump or pumping through a corner. The thinner pedal body creates a lower stack height for more stable pedaling and improved power transfer.
